Attachments

All file attachments belonging to the ticket are displayed in the Attachments extension. These can be embedded images, attachments from emails or files added by the supporter.

The visibility of different attachment types, the sorting, and the layout type are set via the options menu at the top right of the extension.

You can use drag & drop from the attachments panel to insert images directly into an editor, e.g. when composing a new email. All files can also be added as attachment to new editing steps - not just email answers.

The attachments panel can be displayed on the side in the extensions panel, or, depending on the layout settings, as a single tab. You can easily drag attachments from there as well and insert them into an editor in another tab by hovering that tab with the dragged attachment. When an editor is open in the ticket details tab, drop images there as well to insert them ionto your text.

Note: Attachments that have been added to one or more tickets multiple times are actually stored only once.
