Tickets Application

The Tickets application, which can be found on the start page of the i-net HelpDesk server, is a full-featured web interface for ticket processing. It only requires an up-to-date browser for display. Both end users/customers and supporters can start the ticket application. Different content is displayed depending on a user's permissions in the i-net HelpDesk.

The application can be used on PCs, smartphones and tablets as it is a pure HTML5 solution. The end device only needs to be able to access the i-net HelpDesk server via a browser. In corporate use, with a non-public network, it may be necessary to use a VPN solution, e.g. WireGuard on the end device. For frequent use, individual applications can also be stored as PWA and thus integrate themselves into the user's operating system.

  • End users/customers see only the list of their own requests. They can also create new requests.
  • Supporters the ticket application offers standard ticket processing functions. Additional functions, e.g. the Knowledge Base, the Inventory and the Report Drive, are available as additional applications on the start page.
